I have bought multiple bikes & quads over the years, get all my service on them done here. I've never had one issue. Recently before my waterfowl season I use my Rancher for I got a tune up. First trip out I was leaking fuel, I reached out to ask if they had any ideas, they said bring it in, I did & was called the same day it was fixed & ready to go! Top notch Sales & Service dept & highly recommended!

Saw a helmet that I wanted on OfferUp and was contacted by Chris, I asked him if they would be able to ship the helmet out to me since I could not get out there because of the distance. He made sure to explain to me about how some helmets fit differently and if I was sure that I wanted it, most people would just sell it just to make a sale. Also, I got the helmet the next day!! It is hard to find great customer service and thats what Chris gave me!

I stopped by the dealership on my way home from work today, riding my FJR1300. I had blown a headlight and asked the service manager if I needed to schedule an appointment to have it replaced. He said, "Let me take a look at it." Within about 20 minutes, he had me back on the road with a new headlight, and he didn't charge me to install it! Thanks for the great service, that seems so hard to find these days, but you guys know how to do it!

I came in to have new tires put on my HD wheels , great price . I thought they lost a spacer from my wheel . I asked them to look in shop , they could not find 39 yr old part . manager called me and offered to buy me new axle kit . I thought that was '' GREAT '' customer service. they took SHOP time to look for part, and call me to make it right. (I FOUND PART HANGING ON SPEEDO CABLE.) Thank you for trying to make it wright ,even when customer was WRONG . '' THANKS'' MANAGMENT AND SIRVICE DEPT. I WILL CONTINUE RECOMMEND RAINIER HONDA YAMAHA

When stranded on the highway, we calked every Honda repair shop on the area. No one would take even 20 minutes to look at the Goldwing except Rainier Honda & Yamaha. We had the bike towed to them and they quickly found the problem. There was no way anyone could get us back on the road but they let us leave the bike over night and helped us load it on a trailer the next morning. These guys really know what "customer service" means. Great friendly and helpful people.

These guys saved my vacation riding plans! I trailered my bike from Minnesota to the coast of Washington to ride the Olympic Pennisula. Unfortunately it suffered a rock nick that caused a blown out fork seal along the way. I called four other shops who couldnt get me in for weeks. When the shop in Spanaway heard my situation they told me to bring the bike in ASAP and theyd get me riding. I cant say enough how much I appreciate them. I had to drive 100 miles from where I was staying to get to them, but they had the job done at opening time the next day. Ive attached the decal I bought from the shop to my bikes windshield as a souvenir of my trip, and a tribute to their customer service.
